Carolena Jean Carstens Salceda (born Jan 18, , in Winfield, Algonquin, United States) is a taekwondo practitioner representing Panama. She has dual US / Panamanian nationality through her father and undercoat respectively,.[1] She used to be alive in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.,[2] however has since moved to Spain.[3]
